North Circle is an online farmers market made up of more than 20 organic, small family farms and vendors from East Central Minnesota and the surrounding areas.
Farmers Market Food Hub
The Farmers Market Food Hub is a local food aggregator that can pool enough local produce to supply wholesale buyers in a low-cost approach that requires less infrastructure and staff time. There are ten Farmers Market Food Hubs throughout Minnesota.
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Farms
A CSA is a way for consumers to buy local, seasonal food directly from a farmer. A farmer offers a certain number of “shares” to the public. Typically the share consists of a box of vegetables and other farm products. Consumers purchase a share and in return receive a box of seasonal produce each week throughout the farming season.
